Basics of Driving Traffic to Your Blog

For new bloggers, the issue has always been how to drive traffic to our new blogs. The truth is that we have great contents but how to get the world to come see is the problem. In the next couple of posts, I will be dealing with my little researches on the net on how to drive traffic successfully to your blog.


Free Search Engine Submission

One of the many ways of driving traffic is by submitting your sites to free search engines.

So as part of your Website Promotion strategy you have will have to submit your site to the list of quality directories posted below

Well here is a good list of Search Engines and direct links to there submission pages so go through each one of these and submit your website.

I know there are automated tools for doing this but to be on the safe side do it manually but if you are feeling lazy I will let you know in later posts of softwares that will submit your website to over 100 Search engines & Directories just click on this link to submit your site free of charge

Also it would be wise to setup a free email account with gmail or the like to use when submitting as you do not want a load of spam coing back to haunt you! Here you go!
